The flowers were beautiful but they didn't deliver my flowers when I had requested. When I called them, the person who answered was trying to use Mother's Day weekend as an excuse. I know it was Mother's Day weekend and that's why I had ordered my flowers a week prior and ask for a specific delivery date. I won't be using them again. I work in customer service and for you to come up with an excuse before you apologize or try to fix it right aways, says a lot about the business.

The service at Salvy's has always been fantastic, and although the flowers I ordered for Mother's Day were beautiful, they substituted pink roses for the peach ones that appeared online and it changed the entire look of the piece. The entire reason I ordered the arrangement was for the peach roses as I thought they were stunning with the pink and white lillys. I understand they didn't have the peach that day, but I gave a three day window for delivery, so that is what made it even more disappointing. They said they had that exact arrangement when I ordered on the phone the previous day. Like I said, the arrangement was nice, but not what I ordered, so I was very disappointed.
