I ordered online and loved that I was sent a picture of the actual bouquet they'd be delivering to make sure I approved. Great customer service! When I saw the bouquet in person, it was beautiful. I'd definitely do business here again!

I love that you guys show a picture of the arrangement <3 The people purchasing the flowers I feel like never really get to see what they look like and it's kind of scary because you're like "well are they going to look okay?" And YES they sure do! So pretty! Thank you so much!!

Very sad when we saw the flower arrangement you made for us .. it was all wilted and looked in rough shape .. just ordered the same arrangement from your Bountiful store and it was beautiful ! Will not be ordering from your American Fork store again .. very disappointed !!

I ordered "chillin' in autumn" which has roses in it. (See website photo) This arrangement looks more like "season cider" which is $5 dollars cheaper. I am disappointed I didn't get the arrangement I ordered.😥
