Why does it not look fresh. The flowers have a shade of brown why is that when brown isn't what I ordered the flowers look old and not fresh

This order is absolutely hideous and not at all what I ordered or what is shown on your website. There aren't berries, there aren't little purple or yellow or any other colored flowers. The daisies look dead and the roses look wilted. There is nothing springlike about this order. Other than the one pink flower, it is basically an orange and white arrangement. If I wanted an orange arrangement, I would have ordered one. There is no color!!!! I will not be ordering from you again. I have a screenshot of what I ordered and what you are sending and will be posting a review on Google. So sad. VERY disappointed!!!!!!

Great service and beautiful roses. Even though I submitted my order late at night, the flowers were delivered early the next day. Earlier than expected. I'll definitely use the American Fork Flower Patch again. Yes, I do like getting a photo of what is being delivered!

This was definitely a superior experience. First, I loved that they were able to deliver the same day that I called. All the online options I found for more "national" options couldn't provide that option. The person that I spoke with to place the order was super helpful and kind. Then I loved the feature of them sending a picture of the bouquet that was sent out. That was unexpected but definitely a neat option.
