Can you remove or lower the feathers? I thought it was going to be more”pink”

I ordered the “sunshine and Daisies” arrangement on your website. I added a sunflower. What happened to the bear grass and ribbon that is in the picture of that arrangement? I was also told I had to pay more for a larger vase because of the sunflower, but the vase looks exactly like the one in the picture.

I love getting a photo. Great delivery service and feedback. I rated a 3 because I thought the arrangement was not quite as nice as the picture on the website. Razzle Dazzle bouquet online had a second color of smaller roses and was more full. I was a little disappointed.

Roses look a little sad. For the price and prior orders thought it would be a little better.

With the colors of the flowers being almost exactly the same is looks bland. I would have like more color contrast like in the picture from the website.

I feel like it needs one more pink flower in front and below the beautiful yellow rose!!

The flowers look nice but the whole scenario of getting these ordered and having to give you the delivery information 3 times until you hopefully got it correct was a real pain. I'm questioning ever using you again! Also take the last name of Gross off my information and change it to Thomas. I haven't used the last name of Gross for over 7 years since I divorced that person!

This looks fine, but I specifically asked for no bow on the vase.

I liked the flower arrangement very much, but what was disappointing was the delivery procedure. These were for a relative's birthday to be delivered on that specific day. Well, when they came to the door, they didn't get an answer and apparently, unbeknownst to me they say their policy is to wait no more then 5 minutes and then they leave. I noticed I had a missed call so called right back and they said, sorry they had just left and couldn't go back and could try again tomorrow (which was too late for the birthday!) I wish they would ask if it's ok to leave them there when you order or at least try to text or call more than just one quick time before leaving and not returning back that day. Sad my relative didn't get her flowers on her birthday!

Great arrangement and appreciate the thoughtfulness of the handwritten message. Unfortunately the vase leaks and drips dirty water out of the bottom.

Thank you for the photo. The arrangement is pretty but not what I would have ordered. There are too many buttons and white daisies and I was SPECIFIC about NO carnations. I asked for more of a wildflower look with sticks and eucalyptus as the filler. Not the purple stuff. I asked for protea and was told there wasn't any available. But that is the “look” I was wanting. It's too bad your website wasn't working where I could have selected an arrangement more to my taste and that is the recipient. I appreciate the same day delivery service.

Beautiful flowers, weird arrangement

Flowers looked great but didn't arrive until the afternoon. Really bummed at the delivery time since I ordered them the day before. Ugh.

Flowers, by nature, are always pretty. I wish the ribbons expressing titles, daughter, sister and aunt had been more artistically arranged. They quite literally placed the ribbons "at the bottom" of the arrangement as I had expressed. I assumed a floral arranger would know what they were doing and weave the ribbons in. Is it, "good communication is everything" or, "artistic floral arrangers are everything?"

Not my favorite it's nothing I asked for and looks cheep. Ugh

It's a nice arrangement, I would have liked to see one more white carnation in the mix for the $45 dollar price tag but overall it looks okay.

Hi, I thought the bow was going to be totally red. And also that the flowers were going to be delivered after noon

The flowers are pretty and healthy, but it's just so expensive for what you get. Delivery fee is expensive, flowers are expensive.

I will not likely order from you again. I am surprised by how few flowers there are for this price point. 😔

Kind of sad none of the lillies have bloomed
