We had our daughter's flowers delivered to her work, but she did bring them home that night so we were able to see them personally.. just what I invisioned them to be, & she really loved them as well.. her favorite flowers, Gerber with Daisys. Liked getting a photo of them, but actually liked handling them, better. Thnx

Fast delivery on short notice. Arrangement was pretty bit seemed small for $60.

I was SO impressed with the customer service given me by Holly in my initial call - very kind and helpful- THANK YOU!! However - something was lost in the translation of my order and I realize I should have sent a picture of what I was requesting when I requested an ‘all white' arrangement with a ‘little green'. I was disappointed when the email with the picture of the arrangement arrived as it seemed more overwhelmed with green than white and from the picture it appeared there wasn't even an ‘eye pleasing' balance of the placement of the white flowers. We spoke of lilies and larger white flowers as the gerbera daisies along with a few roses being part of the arrangement. For the cost I think I was expecting more large white flowers rather than filler carnations. The email with the picture came after the arrangement had already been delivered so when I called I was not able to able to have at least the balance corrected. Would I use your services again? Absolutely! I just learned it is more on me to make sure there is understanding - not to just assume. I would send a picture of what I meant and ask that the email with the picture be sent before delivery. Please know I send this review to you not to be published, but for an awareness of my concern with regards to the order that may help in future orders. My best- Lynette

They did a good job but it seems like the flowers are not bunched together. The vase is too big and the flowers are separating. But it still looks nice.

Easy online ordering for last minute gift. Good selection. I loved getting a picture of the actual flowers that were being sent. They don't leave the arrangement on the porch if no one answers the door, which is great. Took off a star bc the delivery person didn't call me to reschedule the delivery after no one was home so the flowers got delivered a day late. The store notified me and was very apologetic and fixed the error though.
