I ordered this arrangement for administrative assistant Day. The arrangement does not look like the pic. I upgraded the arrangement and it looked sparse …. Also sent a Happy Birthday balloon instead of a thank you balloon. I am a 25 year customer but do not think I will be ordering again.

This looked nothing like what was delivered last month— but you guys typically do a good job.

I really thought that for the price it was going to be a lot more. The arrangement was very haphazardly put together with one color on one side and white on the other. It was honestly not what I anticipated at all. I definitely won't be ordering from here. I was referred to this florist by a florist I use quite often. Just not a professional look or quality for the money. And carnations, really? I ordered via phone and just gave a general description for a funeral arrangement and this is what was delivered. Very disappointed. But I am at fault for not doing my due diligence and being specific but I thought it was implied. For that I take full responsibility.

I do not like this arrangement. It is not what I ordered. I asked for spring flowers and not greens and no carnations. I wanted tulips and daffodils.

This has little resemblance to the picture online. Not sure why bright orange ranunculus was added… this arrangement was chosen for its subtle colors (to send as a sympathy arrangement) and now it's bright. Also paid $20 extra for more blooms and there are the same amount of blooms in the pic. Will not order from here again. Did appreciate seeing a photo of the arrangement though!

Disappointed. The flowers I ordered were a soft combination of pinks with darker pink and purple to highlight. Perfect for a baby girl. This arrangement has dark burgundy and looks loose compared to the picture. I was expecting much much better for the price point I paid.

My flowers were 45 min late!!

I am dis appointed to see it. This Hydrangea is looking too big and taking away the beauty and killing it.

Not enough of the white flowers.

I already rejected twice the flower arrangement your designers put together. I sent in a picture of what was sent to my daughter for your third attempt. This third attempt does not look anything like the picture I sent in except for a few flowers added. Very disappointing

For ordering the largest fruit basket i expected more fruit and some flowers as pictured when i ordered. This is doesn't represent what i paid for, especially when i was trying to send my condolences

Sadly, the sunflowers shared in the photo look limp and old. I'm disappointed in the quality.

The card failed to include Mary (the recipient's niece) on the card. The cards from our family ALWAYS include Liza, Tom, MARY, Tommy and Ana. I am very disappointed and so was the recipient. Liza Siracusa

The vase was as shown on website; however, the flower arrangement was not as bright as represented and few roses were lost in the arrangement :(

The rose bouquet is absolutely gorgeous. I can't be there with my daughter right now, but I know she feels my love when she looks at her bouquet of pink roses.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed. This is nothing like the color palette in the photo. Substituting red carnations for hot pink totally changed the look and it's horrible. I would have never sent this to my friend. If I could give it zero stars I would.
