What a disappointment. The picture in your ad shows four flowers in the plant. This is a lovely flower, but only one vs. the four I expected. I do not feel you have honored the price and picture I have paid for. What do we do now? Thank you for your response.

Does not match the picture. Can I get a side view. Currently a little disappointed for the money spent. I expected it to look like the bouquet in the photo.

Overall we did not have a good experience with our order. One item was left out of the order, so we had to return and wait for the item. And the main bouquet, intended for a bridal arrangement was too tiny. The stems were cut from the flowers making it look like a child's bouquet.

I did like receiving a photo. Unfortunately, the white hydrangea flowers died 2 days after my mother in law received her flowers-very disappointing!! You should probably use white roses instead.

The flowers were delivered on time and were in great shape. The arrangement was NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I ordered the Harvest Blooms, which is very Round, Compact, ALL ROSES, and a 360 degree centerpiece. Instead, I received an arrangement with a front and back, a few roses, mums, alstromeria, and foliage sticking out on the sides. It was pretty, but WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! This is the 2nd time I'm providing you with feedback. Please reply with compensation for my disappointment and now lack of trust in ordering from you. Thank you! I'd like to regain positive opinions about Ashland-Addison.

This is not the arrangement I ordered, based on the website photo. I was expecting all roses and a compact arrangement, no greenery randomly sticking out. This looks messy. Also, the pretty vase was to be in full view. Please compare what you made vs what is pictured and see for yourself.

The flowers looked nothing like the picture online. When I received the photo of the flowers, I requested that they be redone using roses that had not all peaked. When I went to the friend's house to whom I'd sent the flowers the same day that she received them, I was completely embarrassed as they looked even worse than the photo Ashland had sent me. They were sparse and wilting. I have sent many arrangements from Ashland over the years and they have all been lovely and delivered on a timely basis. I don't know what happened this time, but it was definitely not good.

This does not come close to the photo on the website. It is an expensive bouquet and should have adequate quantity of roses. The vase is also part of the attraction. If the vases are not available it should not be advertised. I have been a long time customer 10 years to be exact and I am growing more and more dissatisfied with the products I order, for what I consider very important occasions

Not happy with this picture. Does not compare to what was shown online at all. This remake of the original looks ordinary and not unusual at all. The photo online had more unusual flowers in it. I have been a long time customer and am very surprised!
