Absolutely gorgeous arrangement!

I was a little disappointed in the representation. The arrangement did not look as beautiful as the one on the website. It appears to be lopsided but, perhaps it's because of the way the photo was taken. It might be best to provide a 360 degree view and, it would be helpful if a photo of the original selection was provided for comparison. That said, I do appreciate the timeliness of the delivery and notification. Although, I thought that I was ordering from the location at Ashland & Addison.

We had an amazing experience with Ashland Addison Florist Company when ordering an arrangement for a funeral. Adrian was our salesperson and he was incredibly kind and helpful especially under difficult circumstances. We made some adjustments for what we wanted and the arrangement turned out beautiful, was delivered early and all set up. Very much enjoy receiving the actual photo of what was sent especially since I am out of town and not able to go to this funeral. Arrangement is beautiful.

The flowers were delivered on time and enjoyed thoroughly by the recipient. The bouquet itself was expertly made and featured a high quality of flower.

It looks great. I'd like however, to see the vase/bowl. We really appreciate seeing the arrangements; that's why we exclusively use Ashland Addison since the late 1970s.

Yes I love seeing the photo but I cant quite see the whole arrangement, (from this angle it looks smaller) but they did listen to my flower choices and they were quick to arrange this order! Simona at the shop was great & very helpful!

This arrangement is just lovely. I asked the florist to add the bronze pebbles to the bottom of the jar for extra color. I also asked them to add a few more flowers and they sure did. I really like the choice of flowers, lovely autumn colors. It came out beautifully and it was very reasonably priced. Working with Anna at Ashland Addison was extremely easy. She quickly understood the changes I wanted to add to their "Fall for You" arrangement and it came out perfectly. These will be delivered to a friend in a nearby hospital. The florist will get the proper room number and make sure flowers are allowed in the room! Bravo Ashland Addison!
