Thank you for the picture. I wasn't expecting three large hydrangias to dominate the bouquet. It appears as if you wanted to "fill up" the vase vs. using several more proportionate white, pink and purple flowers. Was this honestly the only white flower

I have always been 100% satisfied, but my Christmas order today does not match the photo on the website (Thomas Kinkade arrangement). The missing component is the dark colored leaf pieces added in the photo on the website but not seen in my arrangement.

I unfortunately got charged for the wrong plant I ordered. The photos on the site from what I ordered looked much different than what was received. This was a condolences gift to a friends father to passed away. A little disappointed :(

This is not what was sent to my friend. The yellow flowers were on the outside nothing was in the top of the vase. I did not see any of the stones in there. She sent me a picture of it. It was beautiful but not inside the vase or the stones on the bottom.

Unfortunately we were not overly pleased with this arrangement. We requested a Fall bouquet with fall flowers and fall colors and unfortunately we don't feel that is what we got. It was very bright. Thank you for asking.

First off, I am very disappointed you can't spell my last name correctly, nor did you correct it when I called to complain about the originally delivered flowers. It's STILL wrong. My last name is spelled "Thirtle". There is no "U" in Thirtle. Secondly,
