Asked for Gerber daisies to be added and just don't see that the were, although I was assured on the phone they were added. Nothing spectacular about this piece. Needs more contrast, esp in middle.

Not satisfied. The picture on your website is misleading. We were missing the Lilies. The flowers were sent before we were able to approve the flowers shown.

The whole wow factor of this arrangement is the black magic rose with the green cymbidium roses - this is not an acceptable substitute to me. The colors and shapes of this arrangement are not nearly as rich and elegant as the "natural green & red design"

Helli it's not what I asked for....I asked for white orchids with pale pink and cream flowers. I cannot see any orchids at all, just lilies. I was shown a beautiful arrangement on line...it's nothing like it !

As you know my order was delivered to the wrong address. So the centerpiece for the Thanksgiving Day dinner was not there. It hurt.

I ordered these the day before Thanksgiving and should have not done it at the last day. The flowers were not as fresh and long-lasting. I would have liked the flowers in tighter buds-the concept was nice, but a bit disappointing.

For the price I paid, I was sorely disappointed in the type and sparseness of flowers. This was for a very special person. Another Aunt had sent flowers containing roses and paid just over $100. Not sure if Ashland Addison outsourced this or not but it

Not what I ordered at all. I ordered Sunny Days arrangement you have in website. We then discussed White Chrysanthamums which I did not get either. They took down my # wrong & sent me email I didn't see until closing so we discussed it would have to go

It's okay... This does not look anything like the picture I selected. Maybe the picture does not do it any justice. I received 2 e-mails from Ashland Addison regarding "Rate your flowers". I would have preferred the other floral arrangement. Thx!

This arrangement looks nothing like the picture on your website. There are too many greens in this arrangement, not enough daisies; the pic on your website is loaded with daises. In addition, these daisies do not look very nice - almost look like mums.

I changed my order to a 6inch before I got off the phone with my order. The salesperson confirmed it. When I got my email it stated 6inch but it had the 8 inch price. I called back to correct not even 15 mins later; I was assure that it would be corrected

I hope there were more blooms to come. It looks a little puny for the price consider- ing Jewel had five blooms for $30.00. I hate to complain, but, if I were in your business I'd want to hear feedback.

Very disappointed. The fullness is exactly what I asked for but there are multiple issues with this arrangement. First, I was specific when I told the person I spoke with that I did not want carnations or mums yet what I am seeing is a lot of carnations

Not sure this arrangement looks like $100.00 worth of flowers or artistic skill. Compared to previous orders I was disappointed to be honest.
