Gosh, for $70 with delivery charges, I thought the arrangement would be fuller looking. I have to say the photo on the Internet was much better. I've been a customer for a long time and this is the first time I've been disappointed.

I am sorry to say I was disappointed in the designer's flower selection. Kate (great customer service!)noted on my order that I liked "lots of birds" in the "exotic arrangement". As you can see, there were only 3 birds, in addition to roses & carnations.

I expected a blue hat. The flowers are not as full as the image on your web site, looks like a lot less flowers and more white, less inexpensive flowers than the yellow ones.

I was more than disappointed by the first arrangement that was set to go out. Thankfully you do have this system and send pictures so I was able to call and express that. Kate was wonderful in handling my concern and I was pleased with the result. Irise
