I have to say I was a little disappointed. it was a few dollars short of $100 delivered. it had 3 roses and some smaller carnations. It just wasn't up to what I expect from Ashland / Addison.

Not nearly as sweet as pictured. A far cry from what the online picture showed. Very, very small for $60.

It looks like it's all carnations for $90, I know you can do better, your work is usually amazing.

It looks sparse and chaotic. Not your best effort.

I was very disappointed with the roses. By day two most had wilted. They were not fresh. For a $300- arrangement this is not acceptable.

I have been a A customer for maybe 12 years order flowers for my daughters rehearsal dinner shower possibly other occasions and just recently this last year 2 orders placed for delivery and the flowers have always been beautiful I have to say I was a little bit disappointed flowers seem to lack vibrancy My husband bought them for me for my 65th birthday so I just said they were lovely, maybe it was location maybe they didn't have access to all the flowers I don't know

the bouquet had black ribbon for a Wedding and the boutonniere has no pin. We found a pin but the stem broke on this and several of the roses

It doesn't look nearly as full as the reference photo when I chose this bouquet. It's not balanced and not what I expected.

Actual piece looks different than the picture. Flowers were smaller and more filling and cheaper flowers were used vs what I was expecting. A little disappointed

This is not like the bouquet I ordered and while I think these are great colors it needs more variety of flower types and colors. I have always appreciated your service. Thank you for your help.

The photo online showed many pink flowers. I chose it because the recipient just had a baby girl. This doesn't seem to have any pink flowers in it...

I was expecting to see at least some roses, not just mums. We paid $75 and I would guess delivery to be $15 at most. So there should have been some premium flowers, not just mums and alstroemeria (cheap flowers).

The plant looks a bit sad- it is definitely not as full as the photograph of the item ordered.

I asked for Fall flowers. This isn't what I ordered.

The order arrived on time which was really appreciated. However, more of the leaves and flowers had been switched with alternatives and sadly it didn't quite look as good as the pictures advertised. Especially the sunflowers being replaced with chrysanthemums was a shame. Some flowers had to be removed the next day as they were already past their prime.

The flowers themselves were timely delivered and attractive. I loved the photo. However, just a day after the delivery date, this arrangement went on sale for half the price I paid. I felt I had been had. Not a good feeling for a customer who has used Ashalnd Addison for years and years.

Not what I expected. I've ordered several times and the arrangement was always nicer.

Thanks for picture this is a nice bouquet BUT NOT what I ordered…..NOT even CLOSE! I even pointed it out on the web site to her. Vase not even close either But I need it to arrive this am so it is what it is.

I ordered flowers from Ashland Addison many times. This time l ordered peaceful white lilies for $95. These are not the same flowers. The basket is much smaller. I am very disappointed!

finally received the flowers but were crushed in the plastic wrap :(

It's pretty but does not compare to the photo of the item I wanted & ordered. On line the photo Had more flowers, more Pink and Much Fuller. No alstroemeria or chrysanthemums. The small dark burgundy ones do not look good. Looks like it was put together quickly 😟 More flowers are needed I'm disappointed. I understand you have to substitute, but it does not look like the Theme you advertised and What I wanted to be delivered. I live in VA and wanted to thank my cousin for hosting me & my daughter.

Picture on website showed much larger flowers and less greenery. Disappointing

They not what I expected,I wanted something like the sunflower beauty but more sunflowers,this don't look a pretty,they look like a bunch of flowers put together!if it wasn't for the sunflowers I definitely wouldn't like it!

The flowers that were represented in the morning arrived wilted in the afternoon. I was offered a replacement but that wouldn't have worked. I was offered a partial refund which I accepted.

Unfortunately much to our surprise, this arrangement was not up to your usual standards. The top flowers were not down far enough and were not getting any water. The top flowers were dead/wilted before mass started Saturday evening. Again, this was a surprise to us, because all our other orders that we have had from you over the years have been great.
