This is nice but not at all what I discussed with the order taker. I asked for hydrangeas, orchids, lilies, etc., in a floral arrangement. Something like the Serene Breeze but with more flowers. This looks like a collection of plants. I was concerned when it appeared I wasn't discussing the order with a florist, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Very disappointed.

Looked much bigger and better in the original picture and also came with a different vase.

I am concerned. This does not look like the lush crown , but very sparse with few flowers. Will be be early to pick up and double-check.

This doesn't like nearly as nice as the pic on the website. Way more filler and the blooms aren't as full.

The photo isn't as plush as it was presented.

Not too crazy about the dark colors, purple bow.

Absolutely beautiful in the photo. It has now been delivered as of yet, and I look forward to receiving it. I do, though, only count 20 tulips in the photo and I ordered 2 dozen so I hope I mis counted!

The picture of the flower arrangement on your web site was much fuller than the arrangement that was actually sent. The one sent seemed rather skimpy

I ordered Savannah blush. I have to say I'm disappointed that there seems to be a lot of greenery in this arrangement. When I chose this arrangement, there was definitely more color. I pride myself on making a good choice, when sending flowers to friends. Sorry to say but this was not the case. My daughter recommended you. She works at RUSH, and showed me the beautiful flowers they send. I will be ordering from you again, hoping if you have to replace flowers, please do not fill in with greenery. Thank you!

On the picture there were 8 roses and many orchid branches (at least 10) on the right side. This basket looks very empty. I paid $150 because I wanted to send something respectable and presentable. For this I would pay $70-$75.

I asked for something elegant, this is not elegant.

I am so sorry to say but i was deeply disappointed when I saw this photo. It looks NOTHING like the photo of the arrangement I ordered. I specifically avoided all roses. But i appreciate the delivery was timely.

Not what I pictured. Ordered substantial amount of daisies and some light green hydrangeas.

Not your typical wow arrangement. I'm not impressed with this arrangement at all.

I am very disappointed at the color selection that was put together in this arrangement! How far from the presentation that was shown online!!! It is not pretty nor attractive. I eould have appreciated a phone call if this was all you had to put together. Very sad!!!

Don't care for the ugly bow and balls. Greens would have been nicer! And the plant itself looks quite small. I was disappointed when I saw this! Almost embarrassing to send as a gift! Maybe it looked better in person! Mine were nicer!

I usually am more than pleased with the flowers from Ashland Addison. I have been sending flowers from them for years. This arrangement dissapointed. I am not sure if there are supply chain issues, but the flowers started wilting the day after delivery. Also it was much smaller than I expected for the price I paid. I believe this to be a one-off issue and will be back for future orders.

Not totally happy - with all the beautiful flowers that you loaded this arrangement with carnations. You have always done outstanding arrangements but don't feel this is one of them. This arrangement was all white on the photo and asked just to add a little color - was going to a man.

It looks beautiful but I really hope for $99.00 that there are more than 2 roses since the rest is filler- The scale looks much smaller as well from what you share on Website.

These were not at all like this inspiration photo I sent for the flowers or the vase. Honestly feel a little ripped off.

Carrier delivered to an unstaffed mail room on Monday. Recipient didn't receive gift until Wednesday and only after I had to tell her and spoil the surprise. What's the point of asking the recipient's phone number if carrier doesn't use it? Very disappointed!

Honestly, I thought this design sucked. The phone person was very nice. We discussed fall colors for a birthday at a $50 budget. What I got was a sad poorly designed leftover Valentine's bouquet. For $70 total- I won't be ordering here again.
