Not Ashland Addison's best work. Disappointed in this 18 rose bouquet for my granddaughter's 18th birthday.

I am usually pretty happy with my orders, but his bouquet I ordered for myself and honestly I am disappointed. It is more green than pink. It doesn't compare well with the one on the website. I like getting photos because most of the time I order for others, and want to see what they received.

I really dislike the giant fishbowl vase. Can you please put it in a regular size one? And do you have any white hydrangeas? Thank you

This arrangement looks tired compared to the advertised picture on-line; I am disappointed as I have grown to expect the best from Ashland Addison.

I have to say, for $100 it looks like a basic fall arrangement and in a cup? I asked for something modern for a birthday and this is pretty far from it. Let's call this a miss.

The roses were open on the day delivered. Ashland Addison needs to realize when they use another florist to cut delivery costs, they are still rated as the flower shop. I have learned my lesson. No more roses, which is a shame. Second time this has happened.

The photo you gave does not look like the picture of the actual flowers delivered the second time. The recipient sent me the real oucture. The rises are again very open and will not last more than 1-2 days. Disappointing...

Not happy at all. My event is tomorrow and I was expecting gorgeous yellow, orange and white blooms, not a plant. I didn't bother to ask because last time I ordered glads from you they were in bloom. I want my money back if they haven't bloomed by 10am tomorrow.

Good arrangement. Flowers were left on front porch. I was told they would phone or make sure someone received them fortunately they were discovered before being damaged in the heat.

This is the first time I've been disappointed by an order from Ashland Addison Florist. The flowers arrived in rough shape and didn't even last 2-3 days. They were for a birthday and it was just unfortunate.

While it's a "pretty" design, I am very disappointed that it's such a traditional piece. I specifically requested a non-traditional design as it is going to an extremely talented floral designer.

No lily no roses no big green leaves no lavender vase. Doesn't look anything like this picture. At all. I'm very disappointed. Would you like a photo of what was delivered??

These look nothing like the big mass of white daisies that I ordered. The representative was so nice that I hate to complain. I will go back and re-check my order confirmation. It is the same vase but completely different flowers and not as nice looking.
