Ashland Addison stands by their product. 4 of 6 Lillies were broke during delivery. When I contacted AA they quickly agreed to remedy the issue by redelivering the order. Solid, quality product.

Hello The arrangement is fine, but there isn't a discernible difference between this upgraded version for which I paid and the photo on the website except the absence of eucalyptus. As I was weighing the pros and cons of this arrangement v one other, the designer and I settled in thus one BECAUSE of the eucalyptus
