I actually thought the roses could be fresher, they appear to be wilting and no ribbon was included. I paid over $125 for this and thought it could of been better thanks for your help and I do appreciate the timeliness of the order

April is a gem. She was an enormous help at a very anxious time. She not only created a beautiful bouquet of roses and made sure they got to my sister's hospital room but she also went the extra 50 miles locating another bouquet I ordered first from an order center but never was delivered to my sister's room. (They left it on the hospital's dock). As far as I am concerned, April is invaluable!! Thank you. I doubt I'll order flowers from anyone other than Ashland Addison from now on.

Charming arrangement for my new granddaughter.

I received a photograph of the arrangement I order at 9:20am on February 28th expected them to be delivered shortly after. I called at 1:00pm in the afternoon after nothing was yet delivered and was told that they would be delivered within the hour. I called again at 3:30 with still no flowers and was told that they would be there in "13 minutes". They finally arrived just before 4:00 looking just as I suspected, wilted after sitting on a truck or in the shop for almost 7 hours. These were for my wife on her birthday and you made me look like a complete jerk.

My Friend was absolutely delighted. thank you so much.
