HI, I appreciate your trying to brighten it but it appears just stuck some small carnations on top. The original does not have dark purple daisy types (that aren't very attractive and make it dark and this has much darker greeneray and little to no bright bluish flowers. I know you reserve the right to use what is fresh but the daisy's and carnations and dark greenery do not really look "fresh" Thanks for the effort however.

It's hard for me to rate this. It looks like it's already drooping but I can't tell ?? And hydrangeas scare me - they look great for like 12 hours then they die ? So it's got great color but not my fav

I have been using your company for years. If you look at the picture on line of what I ordered and this arrangement, they are not the same. "Pink Springs" There are hardly any greens in the picure on line. Im a bit dissapointed.

Roses could have been a brighter color. Thought there were going to be gerbera in there also. Overall, I think the arrangement looks rather boring. I like that you send a pic tho

Thank you for the photo. Unfortunately the designer asked if I wanted more bold/bright or soft/Neutral. I had asked for a soft/subtle pastel arrangement at designers choice and confirmed I did not want bold/bright color. I also even referenced a flower arrangement from the website while we were on the phone that I loved. The flowers that arrived are definitely beautiful but ended up having more of a bold/vibrant color scheme.

It's fine. It sort of looks like the picture but the colors are muted and it is not as full. It basically looks like enough so you can say it is the "same" as what I ordered without getting in trouble. I chose the one I did because it was bright, and you basically chose things that are monotone. There also isn't nearly as much greenery or purple. You clearly also chose cheaper flowers than the photo to make more margin. I suppose there's a chance they "weren't available" but it only barely resembles what I selected when I ordered.

Normally your arrangements are beautiful. This time I was disappointed as there were not enough flowers for the price. I had to go to Trader Joes and buy more flower to the arrangement.

I was a little disappointed in the representation. The arrangement did not look as beautiful as the one on the website. It appears to be lopsided but, perhaps it's because of the way the photo was taken. It might be best to provide a 360 degree view and, it would be helpful if a photo of the original selection was provided for comparison. That said, I do appreciate the timeliness of the delivery and notification. Although, I thought that I was ordering from the location at Ashland & Addison.
