Lovely… BUT WANTED DAIDIES TO DOMINATE THE PIECE. PERHAPS A WIDER BASED CONTAINER WOULD HAVE ALLOWED THAT.

I'm not very impressed by this arrangement. It does not look full or vibrant. Seems droopy and lazily done. I'm suprised because all of your other arrangements for me have been fantastic.

Service was good People delivering was nice But the overall quality if tge flower's was bad. Order a dozen 5 of the flower's were all ready opened and past the life of the rose

Looks pretty, though I asked for no Lillys. My daughter in law doesn't like the smell.

I would have liked to have seen a little more color in the arrangement as in the picture on the website.

Can you please change to 3 red roses and 3 white roses and a few sprig of baby's breath. The original order asked for red and white. Please send updated photo. Thank you.

I was hoping the Bells of Ireland would be more the focal point as I specifically asked if they were in stock and could be used. In the picture the yellow flower and white rose looks wilted. Hope it looks fresher and there are more stems of Bells of Ireland when I get to the funeral home.

Ashland Addison is my go to florist, but this time I was disappointed. I upgraded the Pink Lemonade design by $40, and the product didn't reflect it.

This looks a little awkward, compare to the photo on your website… the delphinium too spikey compare to the large hydrangea…the photo on the website looks tighter & more cohesive…

The bouquet in the picture does not match the bouquet on website in terms of the volume of flowers. It is nice to receive a picture of the actual bouquet being delivered.

Compared with the picture I ordered, the order made looks like a lot of greenery & a lot less flowers. I picked the Hello Sunshine because of how bright & uplifting it was with all the flowers. The order made is still beautiful just feel like they skimped on the flowers & replaced with greens. I appreciate receiving the photo tho.

Doesn't look like the color scheme I ordered. Mine was pastel. This is not. I'm kind of disappointed. I ordered directly from you because I wanted to get what I ordered. Not get something similar like when you use FTD 😞

Looks better but I still think it's not real bright and happy in the pictures

The flowers were lovely in the picture but they only look good from this angle. The other side (that is laying in the counter) is flat and sparse appearing.

The flowers were beautiful, but the cake was bland and not the one pictured or the one I ordered.

The picture in your on line add shows 5 roses and 4 open day lilies. I only count 3 roses and 2 open day lilies in this arrangement. Nice arrangement but I think you owe me more flowers. Thank you for sending the picture for review.

Although I do like Ashland Addison's customer service... their team is always very polite and makes you feel like an important customer. I would be lying if I did not say that I was rather shocked by the arrangement that I spent 100$ on. Although I had a coupon for 50% off... The arrangement looked like it would have cost around 50$ and something that I could have picked up at my local Jewels. I am rather disappointed to see that that is as far as 100$ could go.

The biggest problem was a mess up on the delivery. I ordered for same day on Friday but they were not delivered so I had to call on Monday. It was resolved and the assistance was very accommodating, however the surprise was spoiled. On the arrangement: it did not look a whole lot like the online picture. I did like receiving a photo.

Why does this arrangement look wilted?
