Ashland/Addison Florist took care of my immediate need for birthday flowers for my aunt in Chicago. We're in Florida and needed to have her gift there same day. They were friendly and prompt and made it happen - thank you!

I love being able to see the flowers before they go out and have left another review a little earlier today about my order not looking the same as last time (I ordered the same arrangement again because I loved it so much). The amazing customer service team at Ashland & Addison immediately called me to let me know they will be redoing the design. This is the second picture and it looks perfect! I appreciate your personal attention so much! It's rare in today's day and age! Highly recommend!
