This is the second time I order this exact arrangement. The first time it was spectacular. But this time I think it looks much smaller overall. I understand the selection of flowers changes all the time, but it's looking cheap now and not elegant. And no I am not saying that only a large arrangement can look expensive. A small tastefully made one can too. This is just not it.

The arrangement was lovely and delivered as promised. The person taking my order by phone was eventually nice. At first, upon answering, I felt a bit of a negative vibe. I had to call back with a correction on the message card and had the same experience with a different representative? I also think a person managing customers should answer the call providing their name upon answering.

Gorgeous arrangement. All I told them was that I wanted fancy, colorful, and happy. The team completely exceeded my expectations (especially since I ordered it to be ready the same day)!!!! I am so grateful!
