The arrangement was lovely and delivered as promised. The person taking my order by phone was eventually nice. At first, upon answering, I felt a bit of a negative vibe. I had to call back with a correction on the message card and had the same experience with a different representative? I also think a person managing customers should answer the call providing their name upon answering.

Please make sure that it's 50 roses and I love it

These are better, but can you add in more greenery that has the velvet look. You had in the original design.

Not as many v flowers 🌺 as advertised but it looks nice!

Roses are lovely (all 11 of them)...not sure why not the 12 I ordered. It was delivered just before noon, meeting my request to deliver in the morning (barely).

Closer. I think maybe if everything were nestled together a little more tightly .. that might be what I'm looking for. I think the quality of everything looks great. I think maybe it's just spreading out too widely so it makes it look spare. Thank you!

Was hoping for a more light pinkish color as that's my wife's favorite color but this will have to do.

The picture you sent was kind of like what was sent. Maybe the way the picture was done could not see the other roses. The vase was pink and the vase in the picture looked tan.

Flowers are drier than pictured…more burnt orange vs lighter colors

I was pleased to see that the plants were healthy and the arrangement was pretty. However, I was a tad disappointed in the cheap plastic container since it really didn't add to the beauty of the arrangement. Please rethink the use of this type of container in your arrangements. Thank you.
