Very beautiful , and well arranged .. perfect.....hpefully she recieve it coz she's be back today from Mexico.

I like the vase (I'm glad it was in stock as it was a major factor in picking that bouquet). I also like receiving a picture. It makes me feel more connected to the gift. The flowers are good, not great. I'm quite picky - I like simple and elegant, not busy. Thank you for your efforts.

The flowers were beautiful, I enjoyed getting the picture. However, for the first time ever, there was a delivery snafu. I was told the flowers could probably be delivered 3/2 ( the day of the birthday) . They were received on 3/4. When I called to check, a very helpful gentleman told me they had actually been delivered the late afternoon of 3/3. However, they somehow disappeared until the afternoon of 3/4, when my sister in law was called by the front desk to tell her there was a delivery for her. Both Ashland Addison and the front desk at the Malibu condos on Sheridan Road are very efficient. I have no idea what happened, but the flowers were in good shape when finally delivered.

The flowers and service were great. However they were for Valentine's Day… that is what I had the card say. When she asked if I wanted them on Monday I assumed she meant the 14th. They arrived this past Monday :(
