The flowers are nice. The arrangements in the photo that I emailed are a bit different than what I received. I was expecting something larger (our altar is gigantic). Nonetheless, the quality of the flowers proved to be nice. Thank you!

The order was wonderful, as always! Love the small pink poinsettia plant in the white pot! The red berry sticks awesome! The greens were large and wonderful, all but the fir in the back of the bundle which were getting brownish. Had lots of needle dropping but once vacuumed all is well. Fun stuff to make our house look festive!!

I sent flowers for Retirement and Birthday. I wanted cheerful and said they could do whatever inspired them. I thought this arrangement was a little dark. The flowers themselves were fresh. I love getting the photo and am happy to give my feedback.

It was beautiful, but I specifically asked for it to include oncydium orchids and there were none in the arrangement. If they were unavailable I would have liked to have been notified about it. It was still very beautiful and I will use you again.

I loved the arrangement you sent per my request. I love getting the photo of the arrangement; very nice customer service. I would have given you 5 stars but I felt for the price I paid the arrangement would have been bigger.

Yes, I appreciate the photo but the color scheme is different than I expected. A lot more darker colors than I wanted. I was expecting a softer more peaceful, warm look to it. None of the lillies are open that would brighten up the arrangement. Will have to see it in person.
