The arrangement is lovely! The only thing is..... the designer forgot to add the white baby's breath. The lady who took my order was exceptionally helpful and kind. I don't remember her name, but I placed the order on Monday afternoon November 1.

Thank you for the picture of the flower arrangement, I love it! Web site is easy to use and it was nice to order as a guest since I'm not living in the area. I hope it was delivered ok.

I had this plant delivered to my son who is ill. He really needed something to lift his spirits. Knowing he loves plants I chose this one. And yes it was just what the Dr ordered! He loves it and delivered on time. Thank you!

I was told the flowers were gorgeous, and I'm sure they were. However, I was disappointed that I specifically requested that the vase be wrapped with leaves and it clearly wasn't.

Pretty, but I asked for stargazers, roses, and greens which, in my mind, would have meant more stargazers and roses than are in this arrangement for $100...not all the other foliage. Do like receiving the photo.

The flowers were beautiful. They arrived early and even looked better than the picture. I highly recommend them.

The flowers are nice, and the wife loves them. But the email ("Here Are Your Flowers From Ashland Addison!") indicated to me it was delivered when in fact it wouldn't be delivered for another 5 hours. Was a bit confusing and necessitated a call to your support line. Maybe send the "Here are your flowers..." with the photo (which was nice) email right after purchase, and a second email that says when flowers will actually be delivered ( "Your flowers will arrive between XX and XX"). I write marketing emails for a living so would be happy to help with that.

The arrangement was beautiful. The flowers were fresh and everyone noticed the lovely fragrance. It looked very graceful. There is one disappointing thing about the order. There was supposed to be a banner on the arrangement that said brother. There was an extra charge for the banner . That banner was not on the arrangement as you can see from the photo. I would like a refund for the banner charge. Thank you

My wife really liked the arrangement. But the delivery was late by a whole day, and some of the roses started fading and losing petals after 2 days.
