Well, the arrangement is excellent as usual! The oversight is we spoke in the store of the many vases I'd collected over the years so my arrangement was to wrapped only. Well, you've added 1 more to our collection. Please credit my card the cost of the vase. An otherwise great experience as usual! You guys rock!

The arrangement has much brighter pink flowers than the one pictured, which was disappointing as that is not the recipient's taste. While I appreciate the blooms, some seem slightly wilted.

I spoke with Karen this morning and they were very nice and competent. Appreciate and thank you for the photo. Flowers look fresh. The actual Bouquet and vase are average looking for $100 plus delivery fee. The recipient absolutely loved the bouquet and it brought her so much joy. Thank you for your photo and informative notifications.
