I would actually give it a 4.5. My only issue is that the roses are much lighter than the advertised bouquet and don't quite "pop" in color like the other ones so I think the arrangement looks a little washed out. BUT Ashland Addison consistently does hi

Very beautiful flowers. These were a replacement for a previous order of Dahlia's. This set also lasted less than two days in a room temperature office. Little disappointing, but very pretty and the staff was very accommodating.

These are pretty but was not what I requested. I called as soon as I got the picture. I had asked for more roses of different colors. I ordered in the last 35 days, 4 items from your florist, roughly $400 plus. All were as requested except this one.

Only reason for a 4 was the first arrangement was a little scarce - love that Ashland send pictures of your flowers before shipment. After 1 call and their 10-star customer service turned out a beautiful arrangement -- much more like their standard!!

The flowers are pretty but not as pretty as the ones pictured when ordered. I was disappointed at how late the flowers were delivered given it was my persons birthday.
