Ashland Addison's customer service is unsurpassed. They are always there to go the extra mile. I also love receiving a picture of the arrangement. It is nice to see exactly what the recipient received.

Karen Spence, The flowers were beautiful. However the woman on the shop phone almost charged me $10.00 more than the website indicated. When I told her, she changed the inflated price. Also, I could not locate a message telling me the flowers were delivered.

Not apt at all what I requested. Two baskets of yellow and white plants. This looks nothing like plants. This is an arrangement of yellow and white cut flowers - not 2 baskets of plants.

The Funeral display Ashland Addison Florists designed and delivered was just gorgeous! Excellent service and design are the hallmarks of this florist!

Overall not a good experience. I have used multiple other companies who have had no issue delivering to the building, inexplicably this couldn't be for some reason. I then called in and was told they would be delivered the following morning, which was needed as it was time sensitive. An hour later I got a call that said they couldn't be delivered until it was too late. Poor communication and unfortunately I can't recommend using this service. I gave two stars because the rep who helped me was pleasant and processed my refund quickly but it was a very big disappointment.

The flowers were a gift and the recipient said they were beautiful. I do like receiving the photo of what I order. Even though I select a certain arrangement, I'm not sure that it will be exactly like the picture.
