Overall not a good experience. I have used multiple other companies who have had no issue delivering to the building, inexplicably this couldn't be for some reason. I then called in and was told they would be delivered the following morning, which was needed as it was time sensitive. An hour later I got a call that said they couldn't be delivered until it was too late. Poor communication and unfortunately I can't recommend using this service. I gave two stars because the rep who helped me was pleasant and processed my refund quickly but it was a very big disappointment.

The flowers were a gift and the recipient said they were beautiful. I do like receiving the photo of what I order. Even though I select a certain arrangement, I'm not sure that it will be exactly like the picture.

Gorgeous flowers! WONDERFUL customer service. Kind, talented humans work here and call you back and communicate with you about delivery status and the flower design. They CARE, and it was a pleasure! They're ETHICAL. My sister couldn't receive delivery on her flowers so she had to pick them up. This AM I saw a credit on my card for the delivery charge. I didn't have to ask, they just did the right thing.
