It was supposed to be Gardenias!!! Not happy

They were not delivered to Suite 140. Order was never received

Just so very disappointed. Based on the pictures we viewed at the store the actual arrangement was very small or dinky. They, at first, did not add in the extra flowers we paid for and they did correct their mistake, but a $300 arrangement should not look dinky. My mother also paid $300 for an arrangement and it was very pretty. There were 5 sprays at the funeral and ours was an embarrassment. It's a terrible thing to send flowers for a family funeral and walk in to see something like that spray. It was no where the size the store employee told us it would be. American Airlines sent the same arrangement from a different florist and it was striking and beautiful. We will never use Bice Florist again and I doubt if anyone in our family will either.

This doesn't even resemble the example picture of what I selected This doesn't look like An Ocean Breeze. It looks more like a yellow & green forest than an white & blue ocean. I'm very disappointed!

I hate to give negative reviews BUT i was sent a picture of what was supposed to be sent and it was wrong. The correct one was sent but did not have our name or note attached.

That does not look at all like the shinning spirit bouquet that I ordered???

The red/pink flower already shriveled and dying…not satisfied at all. Not worth the money I spent today and won't buy from you again. I have pictures and not good.

Not happy with condition of flowers upon delivery

Disappointed, I selected a wider arrangement with all soft pinks, not dark pink/red mixed in. Does not look like picture. The color choice is off.

Flowers were pretty however didn't get the green vase I requested. Also my wife's roses only lasted a week. They are already dieing. I'm going to speak to a manager.

I'm very disappointed in this bouquet it was supposed to be the pops of pink with a charge of $94 including delivery flowers were $69 on your website. However I'm very disappointed in the fact that there's just a few pink Carnations. It doesn't look anything like the picture that's on your website. We're disappointment, we came back to you this year because of what a very nice job you did with the floral arrangement we ordered last year.

Horrible!! Was supposed to have mostly dark purple and some lavender and some white for 600$$

I have ordered hundreds of dollars worth of flowers over the years. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in this order/delivery. The recipient stated that it looked like the flowers had been turned over and the bag was full of water. There were pretzels in the bag as well. Their box was soaked.

Not much for the price. Flowers have gotten too expensive. Gotta be a better way to celebrate an anniversary.

Sad, sad, sad. Paid $100 for a handful of daisies, two snapdragons and one stargazer. Yes, I did request that they remove the hydrangeas pictured online since those get wilted very quickly. But it looks like they just remove those high end items and replace them with these cheap low value flowers. Called Jessica and she more or less said that's what you get for 100 bucks. Will not use in the future. And don't worry, I know that most businesses have to approve this before it's posted, and they can deny it. I will find other ways to add this, and make sure people know it's out there. Yelp, Google, and others. Sad to see you go downhill Bice's. Once a Premier, floral company. Typically if I have bad service or products, I walk away and never return. But this one was really uncalled for. I hope that your excuse that prices have gone up means that you were giving your employees a lot more of this money.
