Sorry but my mother in law hated them and complained vocally. They looked like a Thanksgiving bouquet ☹️ ☹️

Not at all what I ordered- I wanted a table centerpiece

Arrangement was very small.couldn't even see the cross unless you we're right up on the arrangement Paid $180 for a premium arrangement The only thing done right was the added lilies that I paid extra for.

I ordered a peace lily and that's not what was delivered.

We are very disappointed that this arrangement was not delivered on time. We paid for this to be delivered on November 30th and it wasn't delivered until Dec 1st. This is very unlike the exceptional service we are used to from Bice's florist. We have always been able to rely on wonderful sservice and products up until now. We would appreciate a refund of at minimum the delivery charge.

It didn't look anything like pic on website. Many more flowers. I would have ordered 2 or 3 dozen of roses instead, if I would have known it would end up like this. Now my kids are insulted.

I ordered an arrangement with blues and whites, no pink and red and a little yellow. This seems to be the opposite of what I asked for. This was supposed to be for a new baby boy. Not happy at all with this arrangement. It has a yellow ribbon instead of blue. Very disappointed!

Looks not right without any yellow flowers . Wow amazing for $90 dollars which includes $22 shipping. It said sunshine pitcher. Guess this one comes without sunshine

Not happy at all. First flowers had two pink roses with brown tips that I could not believe anyone would send out in an arrangement. I called and said i was not pleased. They promised to fix it and I never was given a second picture to approve. The flowers were delivered and my daughter said all the roses were very pitiful looking. She sent a picture and they did swap out the two that were brown but inferior roses were in the entire arrangement snd one huge carnation was put in the arrangement. Carnations should not be in an over $130 flower arrangement. I will not order from them again. Very poor quality.

I ordered white hearts in heaven arrangement. This isn't what I ordered

The flowers were left at the door in 105* climate. Maybe, better judgement could of been used and took them back to the florist and left card for the recipient to call and pick them up.

This picture looks NOTHING like the flowers I order for my Friend. The blue vase which was key to the arrangement cannot even be seen here. The number of flowers in the vase is far, far fewer AND it is NO WHERE NEAR worth the price charged. This was my 1st time ordering from you & if this is any indication of your woormanship & credibility, it will be my last. Completely unsatisfied!

That is a beautiful arrangement, but that is not what I ordered. I ordered an arrangement with white daisies. I didn't ask for the yellow roses.
