I provided a photo and asked that the colors of the arrangement match the photo as closely as possible. The photo of this arrangement shows pink roses. The photo I provided is more light and dark purples. Also, for over $200 this arrangement is very paltry.

I needs more BLUE in it!! And the container was suppose to be blue. Thank u for the photo, the one on the website was fuller!!!

For $80+ dollars I expected more flowers m. Very sparse.

I feel this was not close to the abundate white open flowers shown online . The roses look yellowish in picture and petals look to be falling already. I have never had an issue with any arrangement in past. I feel this one does not measure up the premium price i paid.

Not what online pic showed. Understand that at the time some flowers are not available. For the money charged, I am a little disappointed; looks all clumped together. Not as many white flowers which made it look so eloquent . Really this is overpriced. Sorry, honest opinion.

Needs more flowers.

Not happy! The Lilies won't be open for the visitation so this looks awful. Lots of cheap carnations instead of beautiful flowers. Funeral flowers need to look good day one! At least the Glads look good. $280 should get what I saw in the online photo. I even said substitute colors if flowers aren't open. I'm so sad. Thanks for the picture to warn me.

Your rating on customer service is 5 star. I called last minute for a plant to be delivered today. The person that assisted me was professional and very helpful. The value of the product versus the cost is 1 star. Very disappointed with the plant. Not a $100 item.

I was hoping for a brighter color variations in the flowers - brighter pinks and oranges. The color palate is flat. I also hoped for more height. Use of longer / taller stemmed flowers. The arrangement is only wide and not tall. I, unfortunately, do not think this is a bouquet worthy of the price. I'm disappointed.

We were disappointed that we didn't get enough RED ROSES on this Wreath. As we requested. We will not order from your Business again! Also, why are the WHITE Carnations dripping so much??

Doesn't look like a basket? Hard to make out what it is or what's in it. I am a florist and when I do a fruit and gourmet you can see what is in it and it's in a basket no just paper bag which is what this looks like. Hope it was worth what I spent.

I expected the lilies to be open or bloomed. Do you think they will be opened for the funeral tomorrow.

The product is far from the photo on your website. Your product has many fewer blooms than advertised. We are not at all pleased with as a last tribute!

Compared to the online version we chose from, this picture of the actual spray is highly disappointing for $260.00 ..

The plant looks nice and of high quality. The delivery was swift. The bow looks and feels very tacky and I would not have chosen that for the person I sent the gift to. I appreciate the photo that was sent so I know what was delivered. I called Bices and tried to personalize the order but I was swiftly directed to the website to order. There was no indication at the time of ordering what the presentation would be other than the basket the plant is in so I didn't think to specify. I will find another florist for future business due to the impersonal experience.

I like getting a photo, but in this case it's a disappointment. Comparing this picture to the photo on the order page, you can see this is nowhere near what I thought I was ordering. Only half the flowers I thought I was getting.

While beautiful, the yellow roses are too open and will not last very long and the hydrangea looks tired already as well.

It's ok I thought it was going to have the big. Green leaf in the middle like the original pic on website. I don't like the single green strands running across like that it takes away from the beauty of the flowers. The other look enhanced them.
