I thought it would have more blooms.

While it's pretty I had expected a few more flowers /more color

While this is beautiful, I thought it would be more substantive (more flowers) for the price.

I know I checked the substitute but it seems to have a lot of green foliage then actual flowers.

A little pricey for the arrangement, but it was pretty.

The photo on the website looked fuller...this is a little disappointing.

Thought with the price it would be bigger and more quality flowers.

Flowers were ok although fully opened so they would not have lasted more than a couple of days. The happy birthday stick was missing and the insert had a hole in it causing water to leak all over my friends desk. You did replace them after she called you so I am happy about that but it's disappointing when you pay so much for the flowers and their not right.

Would of liked to see more flowers as I saw in the actual order. Very skimpy! Especially for the price!

Seems pretty sparse, could use more baby's breath. But ok overall. Perhaps put it in a smaller vase so the arrangement is more clustered.

It was supposed to be a congratulations arrangement, not a birthday arrangement.

What was sent was beautiful..,but fell way short of what I saw on the Website. The Texas elegance just did not have the elegance I expected. I chose the tea cup for the vibrant pink and royal blue flowers. The one delivered had red flowers and no royal blue or pink flowers. Choice of flowers is disappointing.

The arrangement was very pretty and delivered when scheduled. The recipient loved the flowers. I, however, was disappointed in how much less full the delivered arrangement was as compared to the photo of what I ordered. I did enjoy receiving a photo of the flowers being delivered though. That is a nice touch.

I'm disappointed. The red carnations seem to clash with the rest of the arrangement. Small sprays of baby's breath are needed to soften the effect. Thank you for sending the photo.

Plants were not planted or even anchored. The one on the end fell out.

It's ok but disappointed in the arrangement for what I paid. I purposely ordered a cheaper glass vase so that there would be nicer flowers. The person taking the order mentioned eucalyptus. I don't see any eucalyptus in this arrangement.

Honestly looks nothing like online photo seems squished in that container. Wish I could upload Pic from your website as there is a marked difference.

The picture on the website looked much better than the actual product that you delivered.

The picture on the website was much more beautiful than the flowers that I received. The ones received were missing the Baby's Breath and that is what makes the bouquet pop! So, I am not as satisfied as I would have been had my flowers looked like the ones that I used to make the buying decision, especially on such a special occasion as a wedding anniversary.

Order does not look as full with flowers. Much more greenery than flowers. Photo on website represented was much more yellow versus this being mainly green.
