I was impressed with the woman who answered the phone and helped me order flowers for my cousins who just lost their mom, and my favorite aunt. She was very kind, listened CAREFULLY to what I wanted, offered helpful advice. I didn't have to repeat my information repeatedly (so appreciated that! ) and worked with me to get delivery completed timely. I would absolutely recommend Bice's!
