In the description is states there will be roses in the bouquet as well. I am not satisfied with this order. It looks bland and not full.

It was supposed to be a large spray not an arrangement. Not happy. I paid $280. I am very disappointed.

Sent to wrong sender's email. Got the wrong email address and wrong Tiffany. As far as the bouquet in the photo, the color scheme is so depressing and way too high with no movement. How sad! Floral arrangements should be joyful. Sorry for the review.

Super bummed about this. I feel like the young girl was going fast and not quite understanding I just needed a tiny rose on a ribbon for a baby corsage. I did this before and they accommodated my request and only charged me a small fee. They charged me $25 for this o e which is what I saw the cost of normal corsages on bracelets cost but this is just for one rose on a ribbon. I feel really sick to my stomach that I paid so much for this and when I mentioned it when I picked it up they just still seemed like they didn't care and that was the cost. I always use flower patch but just feel like this customer service was lacking this time and truly $25 for one small rose on a ribbon is actually insane.

You delivered my order to the wrong house at the wrong time. I called a number on the invoice and she called your store in Bountiful. No one would help her make things right. She was in Salt Lake and they redid the order and delivered the flowers. I was trying to support my local business but that left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Looks nothing like the picture. Not worth what paid ! This was for a very important birthday. I order a lot from the west valley location & have never been disappointed

They are beautiful too bad they didn't get delivered to my daughter. When I complained they Realized they delivered to the wrong f house and wanted to pick up the 3roses they sent my daughter. Flower she had already cried over. They insisted on picking up those flowers to give them the larger arrangement that I had purchased. They made a mistake. They should've left the flowers and sent her the ones that I had purchased Period. And what about the poor soul who got the big arrangement I ordered and they go knock on their door and knock and say oh we gave you the wrong arrangement. Let me take this big arrangement and give you a three roses. so now my daughter got flowers that were given to another woman. The flower patch screwed up totally today, and they did not make it right I won't be ordering from them again

The arrangement photo was nothing like what was advertised on the website, disappointing. Whoever, im super grateful to receive photos to see what was created. Without the photos i would have never known how horrible of experience this would have been and what would have actually been delivered. Ill never order here again!

Honestly, im very disappointed with what im seeing. The picture that im seeing on your website i was thinking wow, this is worth 165.00 dollars and for the occasion that these are being sent they are gorgeous. Im not normally one to complaining but this is pretty bad. youve got half the roses in the arrangement then what is online, the middle is missing a bunch of these elongated blush flowers. Im not sure if the thought was really made when creating. Im very hesitant on even sending these and going with a different company. Time is of the essence of condolences for this kind man we are sending these to.

Disappointed. Look at those sad sad hydrangeas and I'm pretty sure I said no mums.

Disappointed. The picture of the order delivered looks nothing like what I ordered. This is the 2nd time. I ordered Thinking of You (small). The arrangement is missing half of the elements that were to be included in the photograph and in the description on the website. There are only 2 decorative sticks vs 5 pictured. There was supposed to be 3 lilies but instead there was a single daisy (big difference). There was no gunni eucalyptus or fresh green berries, which was a big reason I chose the arrangement. Also, I selected the terra cotta pot but they used a grey pot instead. Absolutely nothing like what was pictured or described.

Flowers were made and delivered much earlier than we were told ,when we got to the viewing 2 of the gerbers were dead had roses in another arrangement we bought there already dead too. I will never use flower patch again

Beautiful but still undelivered. It was suppose to be delivered at 8am, I called at 11 and they said it would be there by 3pm. I called again at 4:45 pm and they said it would be there tomorrow. Not impressed.

These flowers are supposed to be delivered on Thursday, why are they put together today.

Very unhappy. Three days to deliver and then I'm assuming just left them on the steps. Did you text Tanner like I asked? If they weren't home don't leave them. $75 to leave on the steps??? Very unhappy. Nobody called me back as they said they would.

That isn't even close to what I purchased.

Please change the bow to pink. When I ordered, they said that there would be two ribbons, one with sister and one with aunt. You cannot see the one that says sister please change. Thank you.

I am really upset. These are not what I ordered. I even called today when I got this pic and told them they were not correct. I was told it would be fixed and I would receive another text message with a pic of the correct flowers, but I never did. I had to ask for a picture once they were delivered to see if they were actually what I ordered and sure enough, they were still wrong. I paid more to get the ones I actually ordered, for a reason. And what upsets me the most is that I was even told it would definitely be right when they were delivered... ugh.

We never got them for 2 days I kept calling and they said the first day oh sorry we screwed up ok fine I understand but then missed them again and my kid was having a hard time and really needed those flowers I used this place for years but never again

Worst floral experience ever. Sent a photo of these sad looking flowers and then missed the delivery date entirely. Won't ever use this company again.

Took several calls and re-do's to get my order correct! I had specific flowers I wanted and specific ones I didn't want! I asked for a clear glass square vase with no ribbon around it and I got a light purple vase with a Lacey ribbon around it!! The staff was good at getting it right eventually!!

I never received these.
