I love flower patch

That does not look for a cheerful arrangement for a new baby.

The flowers were nice but the delivery was disappointing. I was called stating the address was to a vacant warehouse, I verified the address 4 times before contacting my mom who again verified her address. I hung up with her only to be told oh sorry I found it and it was user area. So sad cause the surprise was ruined when I had to call her.

There is supposed to be 6 red roses. Can you please add those & resend a picture? Thank you

This looks nothing like what I ordered, less than half the number of the roses pictured, and missing at least 5 of the items pictured on the site. More than double the amount of carnations were used, and even the colors are different. It looks cheap - no way is this a $110.00 arrangement, I am very disappointed. I would be embarrassed to put my name on this as a memorial, honestly.

Not what I ordered

I'm kinda upset, this doesn't look anything like the picture that's on the website. I'm usually very happy with your flowers but I am so disappointed with this arrangement.

When I placed this order I was expecting the PITCHER US TOGETHER with these flowers: Gerbera Daisies, Miniature Roses, Delphinium, Stock, and accented with Waxflower and Eucalyptus.

The flower arrangement looks nothing like the photo on your website. The roses look wilted. Highly disappointed for a 75.00 arrangement.

What is this? Please tell me you didn't send us a new bouquet without us reaching a decision We are out of town today and are probably going to go another direction.

The flowers that were delivered were nothing like what I ordered!!' I was very disappointed. I called in my order to be certain it would be what I wanted. And still it wasn't. I told the gal I wanted an arrangement from the online photos that was all light pink. My sisters favorite color. The arrangement came with dark red and bright yellow roses. I specifically asked for a pink fragrant lily as pictured online because my sister loves fragrance. There was no lily in the arrangement. I feel very very disappointed. It was to be personal and meaningful and what was delivered was some random hodgepodge

It was squished by the time delivery occurred very unhappy was meant to be cute and loving instead looked like crap

I am so upset. How embarrassing that I thought my family would receive the bouquet I “ordered” and they received something completely different. Very disappointed. Will not order from this company again. Do not recommend.

This is not what I paid for. It has much less flowers then the picture on website. Very disappointed. I paid for the picture on web and expect it to look that way. Will not recommend.

Flowers looked great on arrival, unfortunately they are already dead 3 days after delivery. Would have expected a much better set for the order. The receiving party was very disappointed.

Doesn't look like what I ordered. Order suggested it was a rain or-colored selection.

The spray selected was more fuller in the center top to bottom

I very specifically ordered the green vase. They were for my daughters grand opening. Did not want orange! I will not order from you again. You should've taken new flowers. I don't drop $100 easily. I'm very upset.

The flowers look nothing like I ordered. There were supposed to be three colorful Gerbera Daisies and the person taking the order called the Bountiful store and was told they were available. I am disappointed. I would give a five star review for the person who did the ordering though. She was very sweet and helpful. The Bountiful store didn't follow directions though. I was going to recommend the store to my family but I guess any old Florist shop will do if you don't get what you order anyway.

It was a wonderful experience. I made a phone order, and the young lady who helped me was helpful and cordial. Hopefully I chose a 5 star rating
