Hugely disappointing and not at all what we ordered for my aunt's funeral. Wrong color, wrong size, wrong type of arrangement, wrong container and wrong type of arrangement, Ordered a funeral spray and got a vase of flowers.

Window for delivery was 10am - 2pm. Flowers didnt arrive until 3 -3:30. Recipient of the flowers came in at 2pm for a shift and the surprise was not how it should have been.
