Really disappointed with this arrangement. The lilies are closed making it look sparse and I had changed to these lilies because they said the color I had wanted were all closed and that these were open, which they clearly are not. Didn't look good!

I was very disappointed in my order. I did not order this plant. I ordered a succulent planter. The Bountiful location did not have it nor did they indicate that on the website. I gave them ample time to perhaps get the appropriate planter in stock as the

You agreed to have us substitute the succulent box planter ($35) with a fresh garden basket ($40). We waived the $5 upgrade because we were out of stock on what you initially requested. This was an all around arrangement. The gerbera daisies and the white stock do not show up very well. It had 12 long stem roses and 3 stargazer lilies as well. I wish the picture would show all the flowers that were in it.

Not happy with the bright yellow dandelion flower! I asked for something that when you look at it you think wow that is beautiful! Somehow, it just doesn't do if! It doesn't go with the test of the arrangement at all. Very disappointed!

So disappointed! This was sadly nit even close to being worth what I paid. If I had known what I would get for the amount of money I paid, I would Have done something else. It was not even close to being as nice as the picture.

Not even close to what I saw in the picture when I ordered. I'm fine if the colors don't match, but this arrangement looks anemic and pathetic compared to what I ordered. Very disappointed.

We are very sorry for the confusion. You ordered a Sunshine and Daisies arrangement and we sent you a picture of Sunshine and Gerbs by mistake. However, we caught the mistake before the arrangement was delivered and the receiver did get the Sunshine and Daisies.

I'm sorry you were not happy with the fruit basket. The basket was large (over 14" round and the plant was in a Christmas container and placed in the back so it doesn't show. It was filled to value.

We are very disappointed with the arrangements ordered through Flower Patch. This was supposed to be a fall bouquet with florist's choice of flowers delivered to General Authorities. We will not be using them in the future.

I left you a voice message, but went ahead and added another red gladiolus and a couple of other flowers to fill the arrangement out more. The arrangement was done in a larger more expensive basket because we were out of the correct one, because of that it does make the flowers appear more spread out and not as full as the one pictured on our sight. It was made to value though and we hope the changes that we made will be to your liking. If you have any other concerns please contact us.
