We are sorry you were unhappy with the delivery service. We attempted delivery to the recipient two different times and also tried to leave the arrangement with a neighbor but they wouldn't accept it.

These flowers look depressing to me, unlike the bright cheerful bouquet that I thought I ordered. This was for a friend who was dying. I am actually sorry that I sent them.

This arrangement looks nothing like picture that was provided on their website. The arrangement was not worth money spent.

I am sorry that you are disappointed with the arrangement. It does have 3 different colors of daisies in the arrangement. It has a stem of purple daisies at the top of the arrangement. Our camera is not the highest quality, so it can make it hard to see some of the colors in the arrangement. They always look better in person. Thank you for your response.

Ok, I'll review, but, you asked...so here goes. Ordering was good, would have much rather spoke to the actual shop myself instead of an operater, that was awful...she was nice just did NOT prefer that type of process for floral!!. However, I went with it

I am sorry that you were disappointed with the arrangement. There were specific flowers that you wanted in your arrangement. We tried to accommodate, but those flowers are more sensitive than some of the other flowers that we carry. You also chose smaller flowers, so it did make the arrangement look smaller than usual. We actually put in more flowers than we were supposed to, just because it looked smaller than what we prefer to send out for that price. We did try to make a delivery to your sister, and she was not home. We left a note on the door for her to contact us, and we would attempt another delivery. When she called us, we tried to set up another time for delivery, but she said she would rather pick it up. We would have happily taken them to her, but she wanted to come and get them. When your sister came in we also let her upgrade to a more expensive plant than what you paid for. We appreciate your response. It does help us to better please our customers. We hope to serve you better next time.

The finished product was nothing close to what was advertised online. The actual amount of flowers and quality was like not even 50% what i expected. I expect a refund immediately of about 25 - 50%

I am sorry you were not happy with the arrangement. We had an order for a spray for a sympathy but did in a vase because it was going to a home. I think we didn't understand exactly what you wanted. We apologize for the misunderstanding.

Thank you for your response. We are so sorry you were disappointed with the fresh flowers added to the plant. I have spoken to the designer so this mistake will not happen again. I do wish we would have been able to redo them before they were delivered.

They are pretty, but the arrangement that I picked out online was bright and cheery...this one is sad looking...I'm not very happy with this. I ordered the "Large Mango" arrangement...this looks nothing like it.

This arrangement looks nothing like the one I ordered on your website, if you look and compare the two the one you made has to much greenery and way lose, the one I ordered is full of flowers not greenery and tight.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately we did not have orange enchantment lilies that were open enough to put into the planter. The yellow ones were open and beautiful. We are sorry you were disappointed and we send your our condolences on the loss of a beautiful young woman.

My hope was to have a beautiful bouquet of gerber daisies and tulips. I never specified that something tall was my preference, though I figured for $100+ it would be beautiful. The height of the three tall pieces and the tallest gerber daisy don't make it

Thank you for responding quickly to this problem. Our directions from the person taking the order was to make it in a mache container for a funeral. We were able to redo it in a vase with more gerbera daisies and tulips. My apologies for the confusion.
