Service was quick and efficient. I like getting a photo—good idea. However, I am disappointed to see it because I feel that the arrangement has too much filler/greenery in it. Minimal flowers for the price!! Not sure I would use Flower Patch again when I send flowers to my relatives in Utah.

I wanted this delivered on 12/03. Your website says same day delivery if ordered by 3pm. I was attempting to order between 1pm & 1:30 pm for delivery on the 3rd, but it wouldn't let me. It kept showing up as the 4th. The 3rd was opaqued out & not an option no matter how I tried. If you're going to offer something on your website, then you should ensure it's working properly.

Blue accentflowers were dry.

I do not like it as I ordered for a baby boy (Designer choice)

The wrong flowers were delivered. I love the flowers in the picture I was sent, but the flowers that were delivered were all white flowers. Our order obviously got mixed up with someone elses. The delivered arrangement was beautiful, but not what I ordered or what was pictured in the preview I was sent Friday morning.

This isn't anything like what I saw on your website. I wanted one with all yellow flowers, so my friend who is in the hospital would see it and smile. Sorry but this is not what I wanted.

This looks nothing like the arrangement picture online that I ordered. And the vase color is wrong.

I could make a prettier arrangement. It looks terrible. They canceled my order, refunded my money, and were very nice about it.

I'm sorry to say that bouquet seems very sparse for how much we paid. It doesn't match the picture I chose from either - from what I remember the bouquet I chose was fuller.

I'm happy you sent a photo, however, it doesn't look proportioned as nicely on your website. One rose is extremely long, and the orchards are very scant, not full. I will change my arrangement if this cannot be fixed. Also states comes with a black and white ribbon. I do not care for the shear ribbon.

Disappointed….don't love all the long gladiolus and not as kuch of the green leaves as pictured online…doesn't look as full to me either… :( Your customer service has been great though…just not happy with the overall look. :(

First time I am disappointed. This arrangement pales in comparison to the one on the website.

That is not the flower I ordered. I ordered the Peach Miniature Rose Flower. My dress is dark orange and purple and lavender so that boutonnière matches much better. Thank you!

I wanted to see more flowers on the plant

The flowers looked great in the picture you sent but looking at the flowers close-up, the small pink roses and buds were all wilted and old. Not very happy with the arrangement because of that. Everything else was good. I tried to attach a picture of them to this review but couldn't.

The image I ordered had 7 large roses with signifcant euctalypus spray. I know they are always smaller when actually purchased, but to sub 4 large blooming flowers with 3 small spray roses was a disappointment to see. I called to ask if we could better match the picture online and was told "they'll get bigger when it's warmer" and it snowed today, so...... I asked for a round wreath. And that was written on the order. And I have a copy of that receipt, so I'm disappointed that it'ssquare.

I honestly didn't have a great experience with the Flower Patch. I ordered the flowers yesterday for my Wife's and mine anniversary, to be delivered today and I requested a "morning" delivery to coincide with other plans I had, which the Gal I spoke with while ordering said was not a problem. I received an email at 10:19 am this morning with a picture of what I was getting, so I called the place 30 minutes later to check on delivery. I was told they were "out for delivery". Three hours later, they still hadn't arrived, so I called back. Apparently the delivery driver had decided to go clear up North first, then gradually make his way back South and was "supposed" to deliver them within 30-45 minutes.. If I'd have known that, I would have gone and picked up the arrangement myself as I live less than 10 minutes from this particular store... At any rate, the driver finally arrived at around 3 pm with it taking me to be on the phone with him to direct him to my house because he was lost and was having trouble finding it. By now, being mid-afternoon, my anniversary plans had been wiped out and to add insult to injury, when taking the flowers out of the back of his vehicle, he tells me that the box they were in had been "dumped over" and he had to return to the store to get them "fixed up"... So long story short, I certainly won't ever order flowers from this store again. Aside from this whole ordeal, I had wanted to call the local store direct to get some information, but every published number goes to what I'm guessing is a call center, so one doesn't have the opportunity to speak to someone direct at the local level. I'll be sticking with the traditional Mom & Pop stores in the future.

I appreciated the photo. Though what was on the website and the flowers delivered did not seem to be the same quality. While the delivery went well, I was disappointed in the product delivered.

Needs more filler. At least baby breathe or leaves or something.

Not so much this time

Flower arrangement itself was OK. For 150$, I expected better. Some were already wilted. The delivery driver was late and had spilled the flowers and knocked them over. I didn't use Flowerpatch last year because of previous experience and I won't use them again next. I'll stick to Jimmys Flowers from now on.
