The picture attached to this email, which is also the picture you sent before the delivery, does NOT look like the flower arrangement that was delivered to the funeral. Our order was supposed to include a BLUE ribbon, which WAS on the arrangement at the funeral. Makayla called an hour or two after we ordered it to say that the designer suggested we pay an extra $20 for more filler to make it more fluffy. We were not home, so we never heard the message until after the funeral. The arrangement at the funeral was NOT fluffy at all and seemed to have no filler as in this picture. It was 30 flowers (our order) all squeezed together into a tiny necked vase and looked very small and smashed together. We were extremely disappointed. I don't ever remember being asked to pay and extra $20 for filler and we were told the original price would include filler. The problem seemed to be more related to a vase neck that was too small to sufficiently hold and adequately display the 30 stemmed flowers we paid for. We will call Flower Patch in the next week or so and discuss the inadequate arrangement and a possible credit to our account. Flower Patch has always delivered beautiful deliveries which we frequently order, except for this one. Since our phone is a landline and we weren't home at the time of the call, perhaps people using landlines (we don't do texting) could also be sent an email, which we would have more likely seen before the delivery.

Beautiful flowers, BUT arrived a day late and wasn't notified until 8 pm. Were supposed to be delivered between 12-4. DISAPPOINTED

Unfortunately, usually have such great experiences but the flowers were starting to wilt. Two stars because delivery was great as always.

Not quite what I ordered. Much smaller than the picture of what I thought I was ordering.

Please remove the orange. I don't see any purple roses. Or white carnations.

The flowers in the picture looked like a cute little ball of white flowers with pink sporadically placed. This doesn't look that cute and I would not have picked these flowers had I known they were going to look like that.

Like getting a photo. But arrangement doesn't look anything like what I picked.

The arrangement of the flowers is different from the picture of the one I ordered… makes it look cheap…. Not pleased

I paid 150 for this arrangement but the website has it priced at 110. My bouquet even had less flowers. Not sure why I got charged 40 dollars more? On a positive note, they were delivered on time.

This looks paltry compared to the photo. 😔

I really wanted the fall colors

Actually, I'm disappointed. It doesn't look nearly as full and beautiful as the arrangement shown on the website. I'm surprised because this is the first time I've not been satisfied. :(

Not impressed

The reason I purchased this arrangement is because the one in the picture had sunflowers. The flowers you have arranged in this picture looks nothing like that. I was hoping to get what I ordered.

I was hoping to see some thing filling in where the lilies were taken out. And oddly it seems lopsided. You have always done an amazing job and I've never given you less than five. This one is not of the same quality. I do want to take a moment and say thank you so much for the great customer service on the phone. You were always pleasant and knowledgeable.

I was happy with the flowers themselves. They were fresh and fragrant. I was not happy with the delivery process. I wanted them delivered on Thursday. The delivery window was 3:00-7:00 pm. By 5:30, the shop had resigned to not delivering them until the following day when someone would be home. I was very upset that all my lovely wife got was a piece of paper saying flowers were going to come the next day.

It could look more brighy and colorfull. Maybe some stones in the vase and a little ribbon on too. It looks a lottle boring

This looks nothing like what I ordered. Pretty disappointed. The sale was nice, but I would have paid more for a fuller arrangement… like the one I picked online.

It was supposed to be bright colored daisies and it looks like only one is bright.

I asked for lots of bright colors. Was hoping for the use of some colorful gerber daisies and such. Seems like a pretty skimpy arrangement for $68.

Doesn't look like the picture! The dark red or purple isn't symmetrical just looks junked in there - def not worth 70.00. I loved getting the photo.

Wasn't the vase I ordered, but still looks good.

The flowers were great! Arrangement was nice, my wife loved them. The balloons were garbage, they fell within the hour of being delivered. They should probably reimburse me for them they were so bad. Would be a 5 star review if they actually lasted 1 day not 1 hour!

Looked nothing like what I paid for on the website. Ordered on a Friday for a Monday delivery, weren't delivered till Wednesday. I would avoid using flower patch in the future.

I feel disappointed. It has so much greenry.The bow looks like a first grader made it. Fof a hundred Dollars $ . What a djsappoint.ent. i wont use this shop again. Hardly any white in It. Should of haf carnations of something to sey it off really pretty.6
