The reason I chose the arrangement I did was because of the bright colors. This is nice but very drab. The green vase with the orange ribbon doesn't do it for me either. Flower Patch is usually better than this.

I'm actually a bit sad. They did not look like the arrangement online. And the roses look a bit old and there are holes in the arrangement. I get that I purchased an item on sale but..... not all that thrilled with the arrangement.

I am sorry that you were disappointed in your arrangement. We were disappointed that they wilted so quickly as well. We try very hard to make our funeral arrangements special for our customers. We received the flowers fresh that day, so the only thing that would have caused your flowers to wilt so fast is a lack of water and the temperature of the room they were kept. We can control those things while they are in the shop, but we cannot control the care of them once they leave. Once again, we are sorry that these did not hold up for you. I offered in-store credit to your sister, that still applies to you.

I am sorry you are disappointed with the arrangement. This arrangement has all of the flowers that were needed, but this set were smaller than the typical stem. We did what we could with the flowers.

The order was placed as a bereavement gift. "Sympathy" was listed under occasion. The basket and plants are lovely, but the ribbon did not fit the occasion.

The plant looks a bit smaller than I was shown. I wanted the red budding flowers from the website. It needs a little color. But it is nice. Thank you

The picture does make the basket look smaller than it is. This plant has the blooming flowers in it. This one just is not as bloomed yet. It will last the recipient a longer amount of time. Thank you for your response.

I am sorry that you are not happy with the flowers. We did not have all of the exact flowers that were in the arrangement. Our designer tried to make it as similar as possible with the flowers that were available to us.

I am quite disappointed with this arrangement. I asked for a full, lovely bunch of flowers...this is not what I expected. My friend is very ill and I wished to surprise her with something lovely.

We have fresh flowers all over the office today from Costco ($19.99 each) and they look a lot better than these. We had to do this due to a death in the family. Just wish they were larger than the flowers that we paid $20 for. Oh well.

All of these flowers look very mature and have already bloomed. Personally, when receiving flowers I like partially bloomed flowers so I can enjoy the arrangement for more then half a day. Also, the pink bow does not match the arrangement or balloon.

The ribbon is mostly pink but it does have yellow flowers printed on it. I'm sorry you were not satisfied with the balloon and arrangement sent. I hope we can serve you again in the future.

These look aweful the gerbers are missing pettals, it's drooping flowers look like they are days old and on there last life!!!!

Thank you for your response about the floral arrangement. I'm sorry you were not happy with the way the gerbera daisies look. We do not use old flowers. Sometimes the petals on the gerbera daisies are bunched together and the photo taken makes it look like some might be missing.

The one I ordered last week was a lot brighter and cheerier, this one is fine but the one last week had bright flowers and bright purple filler and bright bow, this one is drab, not liking it near as much

Service was great and the arrangement was beautiful done, but the sunflowers didn't even make it through the viewing. It was very disappointing to see wilted flowers at your loved ones funera.

It's definitely not as colorful and bright as the picture showed it would be and it said it would arrive in a "Blue, Pink or Purple vase" which i think would have made it a little more cheerful. Over all not all that happy.

I'm sorry you were disappointed in the arrangement you ordered. It was made to value and did have the lilies you requested. Sometimes a picture does show the dimensions of the arrangement nor the amount of flowers (in the back). Thank you for your response.

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, we only had purple tulips today. The arrangement has the 10 tulips called for in the arrangement. The tulips happen to have very nice leaves on them. We are sorry you were disappointed with the arrangement.

I learned a lesson. Don't order flowers online. I was very disappointed in the amount and size of the floral arrangement for the price. I anticipated a slightly larger arrangement. Arrangement was done very nicely, but overpriced.

These were messy looking compared to the picture I ordered. I realize things vary, but for $80.00 I would expect a little closer match. The picture l ordered looked neater, and didn't have all those scraggly grass pieces.

Thank you for your response. There are 10 tulips in the arrangement but the photo does not show the ones in the back. We only had yellow and white tulips in our shipment today. Unfortunately we were not able to put pink ones in the arrangement.
