You sent me an email and a text to review the product. I have received a picture from you claiming it to be the arrangement you delivered, but no confirmation that it was delivered or the date and time of the delivery. The picture you sent of the item you delivered looks very different from the example on your website. I have not personally seen the arrangement or received any feedback from the recipient. Therefore, I am giving you 3 stars because you asked me to review an item but was not given the exact time or date it was delivered, and the item appears to not be as nice as the one represented on your web site.

I would have given a better rating but one of the reasons I picked this arrangement is that in the selection picture it had a piece with 2 love birds kissing (The love birds arrangement) and it was missing. If this doesn't actually come with the arrangement it should state this in the advertisement for this selection.

Where are the white lilies as depicted and described in the website photo?

Hard to see how big this is. The picture on the sight made it seem a little more grand and not just a vase of flowers. Hopefully it's more impressive in person. Could you please put a nice red ribbon on it?

It's ok but definitely not as pretty as the picture shown online and I don't see a lily. Just roses. Could have been a better. A little disappointing.

I was hoping for brighter colors

Thank you for sending a photo of the flowers and gift you sent. It is pretty, but it is definitely not as colorful as the picture, and I don't see eucalyptus.

I felt for 100.00 it was a small bouquet.

Not being unkind, but the arrangement was just okay. It looked like someone just stuck flowers in a vase...sorry, just being honest. . But thanks for getting them delivered on time!

Pretty but small for the cost. Your website had bigger arrangements for the cost.

The arrangement looks nice, but is smaller than the picture I relied upon on the website. For example, there are seven tall stalks in back and 12 daisies in the website photo vs. three tall stalks and a few "other" white flowers in the actual arrangement.

Bountiful Flower Patch delivered my flowers to the wrong house. They wouldn't do anything to fix it. I called a number on the invoice and got a gal in Salt Lake and she was great. They made a new bouquet and called a driver in to bring it to Bountiful. I'm happy with Flower patch, just not the Woods Cross store.

I thought I ordered the red roses in the picture.

Where is the pink flower?

Delivery was timely. Lilys looked a bit gray where they are usually white. A couple days in and they are not opening, just wilting. Looks like maybe they got frozen?

The wrong photo was attached, so hard to give a review. I called customer service immediately and someone answered right away. They were able to call the store and verify the right order was sent and it was just the wrong picture. It did cause some panic because the flowers were sympathy for loss of baby and the picture they sent showed a stuffed animal included, which would be inappropriate considering the reason for sending flowers. Driver called and confirmed leaving arrangement on front steps, as receiving person was not home at time. Overall customer service was really good, just mishap on photo confirmation.

When I called I asked if the color of the flower could be something other than yellow - i asked for a more vibrant color like orange or red.

They were not as advertised on line! They were ok in comparison to some others. They were rather squat, more round than tall.

I think it looks okay. The picture on the internet shows 12 flowers and this one has 8, so that was a big disappointment.
