It's nice, I like seeing the arrangement. I asked for yellow & purple flowers. So I am a little disappointed that there are pink flowers in the arrangement.

I appreciated the call to let me know the flowers pictured were not available. I like how i am sent a picture of the finished product. It looks good but the ad picture definitely looks a bit better than the finished product. It could just be the lighting

However, the receiver wasn't home when the arrangement was delivered and we will be able to fix the arrangement with right flowers today.

The flowers are beautiful. The Ribbon does not flatter the flowers, its cute, but it looks like an afterthought to me. Were these the flowers I sent on Friday or the ones send on Tuesday?

Arrangement was nice service/delivery was great. Flowers wilting sitting overnight. Plenty of water were in sitting in a cool place. Would expect to last at least 48hrs or more. Little disappointed after spending a good sum on them.

Thank you for your response. I'm sorry you were not completely happy with the plant. We will try to make the bow less obvious. The plants come to us planted in the basket, so we are not able to change how they look.

I asked for vibrant gerbs. Oranges, Hot Pinks, etc. I also specified to the girl NO WHITE gerbs. I wanted it to be a Kaleidoscope, but bigger! This is so dull and looks nothing like kaleidoscope. Maroon lilies don't really go with the theme here...

The card was not with the wreath. Unfortunately, very disappointing since 6 families went in on such a nice wreath. You sent the delivery person with the card to the service later after I called about the missing card, but unfortunately it never was match

This looks beautiful! The only thing is, the bouquet that I purchased said it would have two dozen short stemmed red roses. Not one dozen. I can only count 12 roses. If that's it, I need a partial refund.

The babies breath was a little disappointing with so many other white filler flowers that look a little more elegant the babies breath was too typical. From the picture online I was expecting more.
