Although this arrangement is nice, it is not what we picked out online. Very different that what we chose.

I had great customer service (the second time!) from Haley. ..however-- I won't use the service again. When I ask for an exact replica of the fbouquet online that's what I expect. I called and specified I needed THOSE flowers exactly. Didn't get it either

I am sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your arrangement. We do offer other kinds of arrangements or can make a special effort to adjust them to the way you want them, but that is the way the arrangement is meant to be. Thank you for your response.

Thank you for the photo. It looks like there is an empty space where green palm leaves should be on the right side. If that can be fixed, great.

I had previously told you that they had already left the store. They actually have not left the store. I got that mixed up with another order. We fixed the palm and you will be receiving another picture.

I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your arrangement. This arrangement is hard to design evenly spaced. There are only one stem of each flower and we cannot seperate the stems. Thank you for your response.

They looked good in the picture but some of the daisie petals were messed up and almost falling when they were delivered. Also 2 of them died in 3 days so that was disappointing. They have always been very good but a little off the mark this time.

I called very late and the Flower Patch was able to fulfill the order, that was exceptional. I was unhappy with the resulting bouquet, they said it would be with color. I found the arrangement to be so plain, I would have rather my name not be on it.

I am sorry that you were disappointed with the funeral mache. We tried to do the best that we could with the time and flowers that were available. The description that we were given was to make it beautiful, full, and elegant. We thought that this style would match this description.

We are out of the peach colored roses. We tried to substitute it with the peach gerb. We try to make our arrangements as close to the picture as possible, and this is what we had in the store at the time.

It's was a gorgeous arrangement but is nothing like the picture of the one I ordered. About half the flowers. They did add the peacock feather which is what I asked for. Very helpful.

It would look nicer without the bow. If you can remove the bow without there being a big hole or space where the bow is, that would be great.

In this picture it make the arrangement look a lot smaller than it actually was. The arrangement measures 18 inches tall and 11 inches wide. Thank you for your response

I ordered a spray which should be on a wire stand. I expected a few roses for $200. But it is a beautiful arrangement.

Did not look as nicer as the photo. Too much blue spray killed the flowers. The pink Spray was beautiful.

Doesn't seem as full as the picture online. Missing several big white flowers. Red roses seem dull and don't pop.

The recipe calls for two white enchantment lilies. One of them in the online picture has two blooms and not one. Your arrangement has two, but the others on the stem have not bloomed yet. I wish our photo capability was better.

This is the plant we did for you. It was large and we added more flowers to value as per our phone call. I would check with the Mortuary. We did deliver it to them for you and they signed for it.

I was thinking there would be a few more flowers and a little more color. Probably would not have ordered this particular arrangement had I seen it before hand.
