I've ordered previously and been really happy, but this time I was very underwhelmed. There were not nearly as many flowers or the richness of color in the arrangement as what I saw on your website. The standing spray looks really bare compared to the online depiction. It looks like there are half as many flowers in the standing spray arrangement as what is advertised.

Impressed with the caring professional staff who patiently helped with my order with care - -and took the message - making sure every name was spelled correctly. The arrangement was a beautiful gift for our bereaving family.

The flowers were delivered as promised, and they looked beautiful. It was a nice surprise to get a text/email with a picture of the finished product! They were an exact replica of the picture on their website-which is often not the case. They were even better in person-the white roses were some of the biggest I have ever seen! I was very pleased.
