Getting an approximate measurement of the arrangement would help (width and height). Otherwise, getting a picture of the finished arrangement was really nice. It looked exactly like that when we saw it in person.

I would have liked a few more white flowers in it, more like the online picture, but it's still very pretty. That's the only reason the rating is not a 5 - I would have given 4 1/2 stars if that was an option. Holly was friendly and helpful on the phone - even called me back when we lost connection somehow and I appreciated that. I don't mind paying your modest delivery fee, especially because you don't charge the outrageous handling fee that so many floral shops charge. Thank you for great customer service!

It's fine. I would have preferred brighter colors but it is a happy birthday Ballon bouquet and that is what I requested. I'm sure my granddaughter will be happy! Thank you for the picture. Great customer service over the phone too.
