I was actually disappointed. It was 6 roses tied together with black ribbon. It was suppose to be cream and coral roses and very full like a bride's bouquet. My son picked it up towards closing time otherwise I would've brought it back to be redone.

Flowers not delivered until two days after patient in room following surgery - 4 hours before discharge.

Hospital informed us that the recipient was in ICU, we checked 3 times a day in order to try to get the flowers delivered in a timely matter. Once we got okay from hospital that recipient could receive flowers, they were delivered. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the hospital's information.

The arrangement my friend, wife of an employee, received was nothing like the picture on the website when I placed the order with you over the phone. I am extremely disappointed that I spent $90 dollar for a substandard arrangement!!!
