I don't want to give it even a 1 star, as the the flowers did NOT look like this when they got to my wife, but it won't let me leave a comment without a star! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! My wife was embarrassed to leave them on her desk!! Need to take a pictur

This order was replaced for customer. The pink roses were a "shorter" stemmed rose. We suggested our TWILIGHT roses and he was much happier and left us 5 stars on the replacement. We strive for 100% satisfaction!

I was very unhappy with the flowers that I purchased. While they were nice looking flowers, I felt that the perception of what I was getting was very different than the picture I was looking at. When I clicked on the picture to buy, the same picture came

Per our conversation, the item that was chosen online was the basic. Many of our items come with a Small, Medium, and Large, each with their own photos of the item. We offered to send the larger one, but the replacement was declined. We strive for 100% satisfaction.

I asked for a mixed basket with some color. Green plants with an azalea This is not what I had in mind. Please fix. Too dull. Thank you. No bamboo!
