That is not the plant we ordered

This unfortunately was a massive fail! The arrangement did not appear to have fresh flowers and the job seemed rushed with little thought as to the impact it would have. Great disappointment for the $$$$$$$

This was very pitiful arrangement. I asked for something in the 200.00 range. I was highly embarrassed to have put my company's name on this. i will definitely think twice about using you again.

I also saw this arrangement in person. It is really small and lacking creativity for $100.00. Thanks for getting it there on time but disappointed in the arrangement.

I don't think this arrangement is anything like I imagined. For $139.95 I was hoping for the designer to have used pink roses with purple accents with some baby's breath...hydrangeas really in a short stubby vase?? Where did I say anything about blue? Very disappointed 😞.

This is not what I expected for $200. I was told there would be at least 9 roses and 3 lillies.

PLEASE tell me this is not what you sent today?? If so, this is $130 worth? You had ONE job.. and that's to deliver the best quality product! This is not it.

I am not happy with this! I requested HAPPY NEW YEAR DECORATIONS....THERE ARE NONE IN THIS ARRANGEMENT. VERY DISAPPOINTING. So sad for Mary Bou-Chebl.

Disappointing

That is not what I ordered.

We were extremely disappointed with the casket spray for my mother's funeral. We paid almost $700 for the spray and a wreath from me and my sister, and they were badly done. The spray was the appropriate size for an infant's casket, not an adult size. The wreath was only about 14” across, and the flowers in both were insignificant and lackluster. Of all the arrangements there, ours was the smallest. It was disheartening and embarrassing. It was so noticeable, my pastor's wife called to find out why and what could be done to compensate. We are being given 50% back, and it's appreciated, but it does change what we were given in one of the most important and difficult days of our lives. We will no longer use Breen's. We wish them well, but our business will go elsewhere.

This order did not match up to my expectations. It was extremely small and half the the flowers were wilted. I spend almost 100$ on this arrangement and felt i could have purchased something from HEB that was much fuller and larger.

This looks too much like the first plant you sent my son. When I signed up for a three pack, I thought each plant would be different.

That's pitiful. I paid $100 for that?!! Only five blooming flowers? I see the buds but that is way too thin. Looks nothing like the picture on your website.

Not happy at all. I paid for a large, summery arrangement.

The bouquet was delivered wilted and bedraggled, like it had been riding around in a hot car for 2 days. Very disappointed

Disappointed. Anniversary flowers, my wife received them till the next day The delivery person leave the flower with somebody else my wife she never got a call from the delivery person. For the money I paid, I was expecting better that that

Asked for large floral bouquet and they sent this. So embarrassed. No wonder the widow did not mention any flowers.

What I ordered was Tropical Rainforest, but this, which is what was delivered, looks nothing like the item listed when I ordered it. Not really very happy.
