I'm very disappointed with the arrangement. It was for my niece's birthday and she was not pleased. I live in Chicago & the flowers I've ordered here are beautiful. I would definitely not recommend your florist. I'm going to write a review on Google & Facebook.

This issue had been addressed with you on the telephone and a replacement bouquet was created and sent out with your approval. We strive for 100% satisfaction and after providing us with an approval on a different bouquet, we are confused as this review. You are welcome to call us to discuss.

I'm very disappointed with the birthday flower arrangement I ordered for my niece. The arrangement was not beautiful and contained baby roses the size of her finger. The wrong balloon was attached and the glass vase wasn't delivered inside a cardboard container. It was just left outside in which it could have been easily broken.I would appreciate someone addressing this matter as soon as possible because it is totally unacceptable!

I would have liked something more cheerful. More springlike for a Happy Birthday! Not fond of this color selection at all. Glad to have the picture but not happy with this arrangement.

Was not pleased with this. I ordered one for my older daughter from H‑E‑B the previous week and the order was 1/2 the price at H‑E‑B at much larger. I was expecting better quality from Breen's, especially since it was double the price than H‑E‑B.

Very disappointed in the flower arrangement sent. $75 for flowers and total bill was almost $100. I could have picked up an arrangement at krogers that looked as good and not as expensive. I sent an email stating I was disappointed but no reply. Be careful if you choose to use them. I wouldn't recommend.

Spoke to the customer and informed them that the flowers are fresh and still in blooming stages. This will create a longer lasting floral arrangement for the customer to enjoy at their home.

Do NOT use this CHEATING CHEAP RAPING florist. The flowers sent via photo on text were so small and barely any flowers for $300 I paid. NOT like advertised photo at all. It was an ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT. WORSE, the flowers never arrived at funeral service.

This does not look like a healthy specimen. I am embarrassed that the recipient will see my name associated with it. I would not expect to see a straggly plant like this in the back of a Home Depot shelf with other reject plants. I would like either a full refund or a new, full, lovely poinsettia plant sent to the recipient.

My friends loved their plants. However, I was a bit put off when I was asked for her phone number. They are doing CHEMO at MDA. For privacy reasons I wanted to give my phone as a contact number. I was told that you could not "guarantee delivery" without HER number. Certainly you should be able to understand the circumstances. I took a chance with that. Actually I was quite annoyed but liked the plants so much that I ordered anyway. I also called the RV park where their apartment was located and informed them that a delivery was coming. I should not have had to do that. They had no problem. I don't think I will order from you again, but my friend might. She actually googled your website after she got her gifts because she thought they were so unique

Horrible and disastrous service! Missed funeral delivery only deliver a not so nice partially wilted flower bouquet to the house a day later. The promised discount for failure ended up being much less than promised. Totally unprofessional and without the respect and dignity so deserving of a last farewell!!!! I would rate the secure negative 5 stars if possible…will never use them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The arrangement was not the Quality of flowers that I have become custom to. The flowers was a gift for a newlywed that was sent to a hotel. Not the individuals fault they took the order for the flowers it was the Florist that sent out on qualified arrangements

Did not receive the flowers - had to re-order. Had to call and ask if she ever received the flowers. Spent some time making calls trying to find the flowers; we do not live in Houston. Very frustrating and a time waster on a Saturday. Very disappointed.

We definitely appreciate seeing a photo prior to sending out an order. This Order was cancelled. The boss did not like that the ivy which was added to the plant/tree is not lively at all. The order was going to a high profile recipient. I requested a refund confirmation. The only receipt received by email, multiple times, was the original receipt.
